West Jakarta Administration will establish 34 new temporary locations (loksem)s for street vendors in 20 urban villages.

West Jakarta Small Medium Enterprises Cooperation and Trade (KUKMP) Sub-dept. Head, Nuraini Sylviana said, her side is just waiting for Decree (SK) from West Jakarta Mayor regarding loksem construction.
She explained, those new loksem locations are in north and south sides of Tomang Barat Market, Krendang and Pecah Kulit, Jalan Hadiah, and Jelambar.

She added, there were 44 locations proposed for new loksem. But after being surveyed, 10 of them are not meet the requirements.
She explained, those 10 locations are not meet the requirements because several areas are located in green spaces, not culinary products, and some places are considered not strategic.
